Nair Bayan Alsulami - Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Nair is an accomplished Board and Executive Level leasing industry professional with over 23 years of experience in different sectors. He has more than 15 years of experience in Finance Companies management. He played an instrumental role in establishing Gulf Finance Saudi Arabia and obtaining a SAMA license for them. During his time in Gulf Finance, Nair developed and handled a more than SAR 300 million portfolio. Before joining Gulf Finance, Nair also worked for Yanal Finance Company (Formerly Saudi Orix Leasing) as Acting Regional Head and handled a portfolio of SAR 600M. This experience culminated in a track record of successes related to the implementation of a transparent corporate governance structure and the ability to achieve goals and provide long-term strategic plans aimed at monitoring and developing businesses, credit management, risk, and compliance, as well as managing operational, financial, control and information technology processes. Mr. Nair holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.
Mohamed Jassim Alebrahim - Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Mohamed Alebrahim comes with an experience of over 14 years in the Finance and Accounting discipline, of which has been in the Islamic Banking sector in the Kingdom of Bahrain. He contributed as a member of several working groups of Accounting Standards issued by AAOIFI. He joined GLFL as Chief Financial Officer in 2022, prior to this, he was Deputy Head of Finance of Al Baraka Group in Bahrain. Mr. Mohamed is responsible for reporting to GLFL Board and the CEO on budgetary aspects and performance. He is also responsible for regulatory matters, including reporting to SAMA. His other responsibilities include financial statements of the Company as well.
Faisal Hejazi – Head of Credit and Risk
Mr. Faisal Hejazi brings over 13 years of experience in the banking industry and financial institutions, specializing in Credit Risk Management. His expertise lies in investigating and mitigating credit risk to ensure the financial health and stability of organizations. Mr. Faisal commenced his career at Bank Al-Bilad, where he refined his skills before progressing to the role of relationship manager. He then transitioned to Aljazira Bank, where he served as a senior credit analyst. Additionally, he has gained valuable insights from his tenure with esteemed financial companies. Mr. Faisal holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration, complementing his practical experience with a strong academic foundation. He started his journey with GLFL at the beginning of 2024, eager to contribute his wealth of knowledge and skills to the organization's success.
Ms. Hadeel Alsuwaie- Head of Compliance
Hadeel has held various Compliance Professional positions for more than 3 years. She started her journey as an HR Specialist in United Company for Financial Services (Tas’heel), then as Compliance Officer in Tas’heel, then she got promoted to Policy and Procedure Committee Secretary in the same company. After her journey in Tas’heel, she moved to Al Tayseer Arabian company as a Compliance Officer. Recently, she started working as a Senior Compliance and AML Officer in Gulf Lifting Financial Leasing Company where she also got promoted to be the Acting Head of Compliance. Ms. Hadeel holds a bachelor’s degree of Science, College of Business Administration in Management Information Systems from Prince Mohammed Bin Fahd University.
Mohammed Sulaiman Abdulaziz – Head of Collection
Mr. Mohammad Abdulaziz has held various professional positions within the financial sector for more than 16 years. He started his journey as Sales Representative in Tajeer Company, then he got promoted as Sales Supervisor, then as a Branch manager in Auto Star Company, then he joined Tamweel Aloula as Relationship Manager. Recently, he started working as Senior Collection Officer in Gulf Lifting Financial Leasing Company and Currently he is Working as Collection Head . Mr. Mohammad holds a bachelor’s degree in Arabic Language from Imam Mohammed Bin Saud University.

Head of Customer Care
Ms. Reem has started her
journey at a young age with 2 years of experience now, she started as customer
care relationship officer in (Shobbak Saudi Arabia) , then got promoted to
assistant operation manager. Ms. Reem holds a bachelor’s degree in English literature
from University of Imam Abdulrahman bin Faisal.
