Thamer Fahad Alhathal -  Acting Chief Executive Officer

Mohamed Jassim Alebrahim - Chief Financial Officer 

Mr. Mohamed Alebrahim comes with an experience of over 14 years in the Finance and Accounting discipline, of which has been in the Islamic Banking sector in the Kingdom of Bahrain. He contributed as a member of several working groups of Accounting Standards issued by AAOIFI. He joined GLFL as Chief Financial Officer in 2022, prior to this, he was Deputy Head of Finance of Al Baraka Group in Bahrain. Mr. Mohamed is responsible for reporting to GLFL Board and the CEO on budgetary aspects and performance. He is also responsible for regulatory matters, including reporting to SAMA. His other responsibilities include financial statements of the Company as well.

Ms. Reem Almuhareb - Head of Customer Care

Ms. Reem has started her journey at a young age with 2 years of experience now, she started as customer care relationship officer in Shobbak Saudi Arabia, then got promoted to assistant operation manager. Ms. Reem holds a bachelor’s degree in English literature from University of Imam Abdulrahman bin Faisal.

Mohammed Sulaiman Abdulaziz – Head of Collection

Mr. Mohammad Abdulaziz has held various professional positions within the financial sector for more than 16 years. He started his journey as Sales Representative in Tajeer Company, then he got promoted as Sales Supervisor, then as a Branch manager in Auto Star Company, then he joined Tamweel Aloula as Relationship Manager. Recently, he started working as Senior Collection Officer in Gulf Lifting Financial Leasing Company and Currently, he is Working as Collection Head. Mr. Mohammad holds a bachelor’s degree in Arabic Language from Imam Mohammed bin Saud University.

Mossab Hassan Bajnaid – Head of Human Resources and Administration

Mr. Mossab Bajnaid is a seasoned Human resources professional with over 12 years of experience in the HR function, Managing and developing the HR department in Al-Mamoon Insurance Brokers as an HR Manager and then joining Ajil Financial Services Company in the role of HR Manager, Holding a bachelor's degree in business administration and CIPD Level 5. he joined GLFL as Head of Human Resources and Administration in 2024 where he is responsible for managing the full scope of Human Resources and Administration reporting to the CEO and is secretary to the NRC.

Abdulateef Ahmed Jarfan – Acting Chief Information Security Officer

Abdullateef Jarfan is Acting CISO for Cybersecurity with a robust background and more than 5 years of experience in Information Systems Security Management. worked with Al-tuwairqi group, establish and maintain the division of cyber security over three years   Holding a master’s degree form Tuskegee University in the field, he is well-versed in various cybersecurity frameworks and certifications, including CISM, ISMS, CCNA, ITILv4, Security+, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer, and ISO 27005 Risk Management. His expertise is further complemented by affiliations with recognized organizations such as SAMA, NCA, ISO, and SDAIA, where he plays a pivotal role in enhancing security protocols and managing risks within the organization. With a strong commitment to safeguarding information assets, Abdullateef is dedicated to advancing cybersecurity initiatives and fostering a culture of security awareness.
