Nair is an accomplished Board and Executive Level leasing industry professional with over 23 years of experience in different sectors. He has more than 15 years of experience in Finance Companies management. He played an instrumental role in establishing Gulf Finance Saudi Arabia and obtaining a SAMA license for them. During his time in Gulf Finance, Nair developed and handled a more than SAR 300 million portfolio. Before joining Gulf Finance, Nair also worked for Yanal Finance Company (Formerly Saudi Orix Leasing) as Acting Regional Head and handled a portfolio of SAR 600M. This experience culminated in a track record of successes related to the implementation of a transparent corporate governance structure and the ability to achieve goals and provide long-term strategic plans aimed at monitoring and developing businesses, credit management, risk, and compliance, as well as managing operational, financial, control and information technology processes. Mr. Nair holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.
Yasser Ismaeel Mudhafar – Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Yasser has more than 22 years of experience in Islamic Banking and Audit. Before Joining GLFL, he was CFO, Group CFO of several Banks over GCC.
His qualifications include Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Executive MBA from the University of Bahrain, CGMA, and Certified Islamic Professional Accountant (CIPA). Yasser also holds a BSc in Accounting from the University of Bahrain.
Adil Siddiqi - Acting Credit and Risk Head
Mr. Adil is a seasoned banking professional with over 20 years of experience in the banking and financial sector. He succeeded in developing and managing large portfolios in many banks and financing companies.
Mr. Adil holds a Bachelor's degree in Financial Management and another Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
Saeed AlMalki – Governance and Compliance Head
Saeed has experience of over 18 years in the Banking Sector, where he held various positions, including Compliance Advisory Manager, Policies and Procedures Manager, and Head of Complaints. Saeed has a diploma from the Institute of Public Administration and other professional certificates from the Financial Academy in compliance topics.
Ahlam Al Khiwani – Customer Care Manager
Ms. Ahlam has four years of experience in the Customer Care field; she served as a Patient Service Coordinator (ORC) with Dr. Soliman Al Habib Hospital. She has also served in the Customer Care Call Center of the Citizen Account Program.
Ms. Ahlam holds a bachelor’s degree in General Chemistry from Imam Abdulrahman bin Faisal University.
Adee Maghrabi – Business Development Head
Adee Maghrabi is a financial professional authorized by Capital Money Authority with more than 12 years of diversified experience in corporate & commercial investment banking, finance, credit, and financial operation. Mr. Maghrabi has held various positions in various local and multinational organizations, where he was responsible for building and developing the lending portfolio for Business and commercial segments in the mentioned companies through his multiple roles.
Mr. Maghrabi Holds BSc in Operation Management from KAU, CME-1 from Capital Market Authority, and is an SME specialist from HSBC Group.
